Membership Terms

Memberships are billed monthly and provide access to the features listed under the selected plan. Session availability depends on Rachel Verstraten's calendar and must be scheduled in advance.

Mini sessions included with eligible plans may not be exchanged for wedding coverage, full sessions, cash value, or third-party services unless agreed in writing.

Digital Vault access applies to galleries delivered by Rachel Verstraten. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up important files. Print discounts apply only to eligible orders placed through approved gallery or ordering systems.

Plans may be updated, paused, or canceled according to the current billing process. Any special event, travel, wedding, or custom session terms may require a separate agreement.
